New to AspenPointe or Re-Enrolling for Services? 

Getting started is easy! Just call one of our Information Specialists at (719) 572-6100 to begin enrollment Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Medicaid and most 3rd party insurances are covered.

Next Steps for Your Care

  • Once you are connected with an Information Specialist they will ask you a series of questions in order to get you connected to the right services from mental health counseling, substance treatment programs and more.
  • The time it takes to enroll for services varies with each individual but the process takes approximately 10 minutes on average to complete.
  • Our Information Specialists are here to guide you through the process and confirm eligibility for services at AspenPointe as quickly as possible, so please feel free to call us Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Direct Pay Pricing

Cash Price for Non-discounted services. The health care price listed for any given health care service is an estimate. Actual charges for the health care service are dependent on the circumstances, including any complications or exceptional treatment, at the time the service is rendered. 


If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your health insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular health care service provided by AspenPointe. If you are not covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to contact our billing office at 719-572-6101 to discuss payment options prior to receiving a health care service from AspenPointe.

AspenPointe accepts a variety of insurances, both commercial and public. Please call 719-572-6100 to obtain the specific services available by insurance company. The list of insurances accepted or covered by AspenPointe as of July 2016 include: 1. Medicaid 2. Cigna 3. Beacon Health (Value Options) 4. Multiplan 5. UBH 6. Tricare 7. BCBS 8. Humana 9. Aetna 10. Rocky Mountain Health Plans 11. Medicare

Please note:  No one will be denied access to services due to inability to pay. Financial Assistance is available to those who qualify.  Please call 572-6100 for more information.

 

Hours
Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On-call crisis services are available after hours and on weekends in El Paso, Teller, and Park Counties.
