ADULT MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID: NO COST TO PARTICIPANTS - COLORADO SPRINGS - NAMI - 1 DAY COURSE  Friday, May 18, 2018 8:00 AM—5:00 PM  Citizens Service Center - 1675 Garden of the Gods Road, Nautilus Room - 3rd Floor, Colorado Springs 80907 View Map Mental Health first aid is an evidence-based, public health training program that teaches participants the signs and symptoms of mental health challenges or crisis, what to do in an emergency, and where to turn for help. MHFA is implemented around the U.S. and the world. Research has shown that the training reduces stigma, enhances behavioral health literacy, and improves participants' behavioral health. Register here. Instructor(s): This course will be taught by: Madeline Arroyo Lunch: There will be a 1-hour break for lunch.
