Access to Recovery (ATR)
Access to Recovery (ATR) is a federally funded initiative expanding access to substance abuse treatment and recovery support services to over 8000 people over a four-year period.
Managed Service Organization (MSO)
The MSO provides funding for substance abuse treatment services in seven counties; Chaffee, Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Lake, Park and Teller for adults and adolescents who are uninsured or underinsured.

Recruit, credential and contract with providers; monitor provider performance.
