Our catering chef Scott Staritzky has over 30 years of experience providing food for events ranging from backyard BBQs to elegant weddings for 500 guests with hors d’oeuvres and multi-tiered wedding cakes. He is an accomplished chef, pastry chef, sculptured sugar artist and ice carver.
