Transition and Reintegration Training

Individuals may lack the resources and skills to transition from highly structured environments back into the community.

Transition and Reintegration Training - These groups are designed to provide additional support and skills training to youth transitioning from highly structured environments back into the community. Topics in this group will include, but are not limited to the following:  budgeting and money management, savings and checking accounts, fitness/nutrition, hygiene, credit cards, renting an apartment, obtaining driver's permit and license, utilizing community resources, time management, goal setting, making a good first impression, et cetera.  In these groups youth will also be given the opportunity to develop skills in leadership, communication and team work.


 

Eligibility Criteria:
Any open client

Insurance(s) Accepted:
Medicaid, Third-Party, DYC, DVR, VA, Probation, PPWFC, School Districts, Jail Diversion, Self Pay

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. by appointment
