Temporary Assistance to Needy Families

Clients at times need assistance navigating systems of care to best meet their needs, the best link for some clients is support from a peer or advocate.

The Care Coordinator assists families with mental health assessments, referrals, and crisis intervention while engaging in TANF services.


Eligibility Criteria:
Any client receiving TANF services through the Department of Human Services can receive assistance through the TANF Care Coordinator.

Insurance(s) Accepted:
Medicaid or Self Pay

Hours
Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
