Services for Homeless Individuals
Outreach and mental health services are provided in the community and collaboratively at the Catholic Charities Marian House Soup Kitchen and Self-sufficiency Center and the R J Montgomery New Hope Center, homeless shelter.
Eligibility Criteria:
Homeless individuals with severe mental illness who have been homeless for one year continuously or have had four incidents of homelessness in three years.
