The MSO provides funding for substance abuse treatment services in seven counties; Chaffee, Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Lake, Park and Teller for adults and adolescents who are uninsured or underinsured.

Eligibility Criteria:
Adults and Adolescents who are uninsured or underinsured and are one or more of the following priority populations are eligible for the MSO funding: • IV drug users (within the past 30 days) • Pregnant women • Women with Dependent Children • Persons infected with HIV or TB • Persons receiving Aid to the Needy and Disabled (AND) • Persons with Co-occurring disorders

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5 p.m.
