Introduction into Cooking/Baking
Participants are taught how to prepare low expense, nutritious meals. The training will include identification of healthy ingredients, portioning, knife safety, sanitation in the kitchen, identification of utensils, how to read a cook book, et cetera. Participants will be given the opportunity to prepare a variety of easy, cheap and healthy meals which they will then be capable of cooking on their own.
