Incredible Years-Parent Group
The Incredible Years Parenting Group is a 12-week group program that targets the reduction in aggression and behavioral issues of children aged 2-8 and also focuses on increasing their social competence at home and school. Childcare is provided during the parent group. The Parenting Group works in conjuction with the Dinosaur School curriculum, a classroom-based social, emotional program for children that meets for 30 minutes twice a week. There is an evidenced-based curriculum that covers skill building, anger management, and feelings.
Eligibility Criteria:
Any parent can attend IY parenting groups through the grant funding.
