Homeless Outreach

Community outreach provided to homeless individuals in settings such as Marion House Soup Kitchen, Salvation Army and New Hope Shelter. The goal of homeless outreach is to connect homeless individuals who suffer with mental health and substance abuse problems with appropriate behavioral health services.

 

Eligibility Criteria:
Client criteria for program: 1) Individual age 18 or older; 2) Homeless; and 3) Diagnosable mental illness.

Hours
Drop-In Clinic on Thursdays from 9 to 11 a.m at 875 West Moreno.
