AspenPointe provides comprehensive Career and Development Services for adults and adolescents who are disabled or disadvantaged. Based in Colorado Springs with offices throughout the state, we offer a unique and innovative approach to career and industry training, education, restorative justice-based mediations and transition services. Since 1991, we have offered creative and entrepreneurial solutions to individuals based on their strengths, skills and abilities, while partnering with local businesses. Our model seeks to serve the whole person, rather than only the disability or disadvantage and strives to not only strengthen individuals, but also our community.
AspenPointe has been providing employment opportunities since 1991. Our goal for employees (consumers) is to achieve their highest potential while working toward self-sufficiency. Currently, we employ more than 200 people, of which more than 50 percent are disabled or disadvantaged.

Our approach is unique in that we provide an integrated, normalized work environment for its consumers. Disadvantages do not set mental health consumers apart from other employees. Unlike traditional, sheltered work settings offered by many vocational programs where 100 percent of the workforce is disabled, our disabled and non-disabled employees work side by side to get the job done.

Furniture and Assembly Services
The Furniture & Assembly Division provides commercial furniture installation and modification for all types of commercial furniture and moving services of all furniture types. Assembly services for many types of light assembly.
Maintenance and Landscaping
The Building Maintenance Division can perform commercial building maintenance services to include remedial building maintenance, painting, landscape maintenance, and snow removal.
