Access to Recovery
Access to Recovery (ATR) is a federally funded initiative expanding access to substance abuse treatment and recovery support services to over 8000 people over a four-year period.
Services are designed as prevention and early intervention of child abuse and neglect. County Core Services funding provides direct client/provider services and case management costs.
The MSO provides funding for substance abuse treatment services in seven counties; Chaffee, Custer, El Paso, Fremont, Lake, Park and Teller for adults and adolescents who are uninsured or underinsured.
