Getting started is easy! Just call one of our Information Specialists at (719) 572-6100 to begin enrollment Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Medicaid and most 3rd party insurances are covered.
- Once you are connected with an Information Specialist they will ask you a series of question in order to get you connected to the right services.
- The time it takes to enroll for services varies with each individual but the process takes approximately 10 minutes on average to complete.
- Our Information Specialists are here to guide you through the process and confirm eligibility for services at AspenPointe as quickly as possible, so please feel free to call us Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. On-call crisis services are available after hours and on weekends in El Paso, Teller, and Park Counties.
